These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of services provided by Steff The Coach S&C (“the Business”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, participating in or continuing to use any service, programme, consultation, onboarding process, communication channel, platform or related offering, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with:

• Privacy Policy
• Refund Policy
• Health Disclaimer
• Coaching Disclaimer
• onboarding documentation
• service-specific policies where applicable

These documents together form the agreement governing services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

Services may include:

• strength and conditioning (S&C) coaching
• exercise programming
• performance support
• physical preparation
• educational fitness guidance
• online coaching services
• in-person sessions
• consultations

• related digital service delivery

Services may be delivered remotely, digitally, in person, through approved facilities or through approved operational platforms.

Products and programmes are generally sold as one-time purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

Repurchase may be permitted.

3. Professional Scope & Healthcare Relationship

Services provided by Steff The Coach S&C consist of coaching, strength and conditioning (S&C), exercise programming, performance support, physical preparation, educational fitness services and related operational support.

Services may include exercise-based approaches intended to support physical function, rehabilitation-related goals, return-to-training processes, general wellbeing, performance development and long-term physical capacity where appropriate.

However, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, participation does not establish a physician–patient, psychologist–client, physiotherapist–patient, dietitian–client or other regulated healthcare relationship.

Services are not intended to provide independent medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, emergency healthcare or replacement of professional healthcare advice.

Where clients work with external healthcare or regulated professionals, those services remain independently delivered under the professional’s own responsibility, licensing obligations, privacy framework and record-keeping requirements.

Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate healthcare support and medical clearance where necessary for participation.

4. Eligibility

Clients must:

• be legally capable of entering agreements
• provide accurate information
• comply with onboarding requirements
• participate responsibly

Clients under 18 years old may only participate with parent or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law.

5. Health Responsibility & Participation

Clients are responsible for:

• completing onboarding honestly and accurately
• disclosing relevant injuries and limitations
• informing the Business of material changes affecting participation
• obtaining appropriate healthcare clearance where appropriate

The Business may rely upon information voluntarily provided by clients.

Participation in exercise and physical training carries inherent risk.

Participation remains voluntary and at the client’s own responsibility.

Services may be delayed, modified, restricted, suspended or discontinued where participation presents reasonable operational, professional or safety concerns.

6. Consultations

Consultations may include:

• general consultation (approximately 15 minutes)
• consultation with custom programming (approximately 30 minutes)

Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled once where reasonable notice is provided.

Repeated missed appointments, repeated short-notice cancellations or scheduling abuse may result in refusal of future complimentary consultations.

7. Session Scheduling, Attendance & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.

Where clients arrive significantly late, sessions may be shortened at coach discretion.

Short-notice cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.

Reasonable discretion may be exercised in emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

For in-person services clients remain responsible for:

• gym membership where applicable
• facility access requirements
• access fees
• travel arrangements
• compliance with venue rules

8. Programme Access & Pauses

Programme access may be delivered through approved platforms including TrainHeroic.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• purchases are non-subscription services
• pause requests must be submitted by email
• billing may be paused upon approval
• approved pauses may continue until reactivation

Platform access may expire following programme completion.

TrainHeroic access may remain available for up to one week following programme completion unless otherwise communicated.

Downloaded resources remain available for personal use subject to these Terms.

9. Payments

Payments may include:

• full payment
• deposits
• instalment arrangements
• split-payment structures where offered

Payments are processed through approved payment providers.

Programme delivery, onboarding and support access may remain conditional upon payment fulfilment.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:

• delayed onboarding
• suspension of services
• restricted platform access
• cancellation of ongoing support

10. EU Withdrawal Rights & Service Commencement

Where applicable, clients expressly request that onboarding, service delivery, planning, assessment and programme fulfilment begin before expiry of any statutory withdrawal period.

Clients acknowledge that withdrawal rights and refund eligibility may reduce once:

• onboarding begins
• consultations occur
• planning work commences
• customised programming begins
• digital access is granted
• substantial service performance occurs

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Refund assessment may consider:

• actual work completed
• operational time invested
• onboarding completed
• consultations delivered
• programme creation
• access granted
• service fulfilment progress

No single factor alone determines refund eligibility.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

12. Communication Standards

Communication may occur through:

• email
• WhatsApp Business
• onboarding systems
• operational platforms

Responses are generally provided within 24–48 business hours.

Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Services are not monitored for emergencies and should not be relied upon for urgent medical, psychological or emergency support.

13. Client Content & Media

Clients may voluntarily submit:

• videos
• exercise recordings
• progress photos
• training logs
• written feedback

The Business may review and retain submitted content for:

• coaching delivery

Public use requires separate consent.

14. Testimonials, Transformations & Consent

Nothing will be publicly published without separate consent.

Clients may separately choose to authorise:

• written testimonials
• anonymous feedback excerpts
• transformation content
• before-and-after content
• media publication

Photographs and videos require separate consent before public use.

Consent may later be withdrawn subject to operational limitations for already published materials.

15. External Professionals & Referral Services

Clients may independently engage or purchase packages involving:

• physiotherapists
• psychologists
• physicians
• dietitians
• nutrition professionals
• other specialists

Such professionals operate independently under their own legal, professional and privacy obligations.

Where packages are purchased through the Business:

• payment administration may occur through the Business
• professional delivery remains independent
• records remain independently controlled

Where a partner becomes unavailable, remedies may include:

• case-by-case operational resolution

16. Technology & Digital Services

Services may rely on third-party platforms including:

• Stripe

Programmes, educational materials, documents, systems and content remain intellectual property of Steff The Coach S&C.

Clients may:

• retain completed materials
• continue personal use of downloaded PDFs
• continue personal educational use after services end

Clients may not:

• redistribute content
• resell programmes
• commercially reproduce systems
• publicly distribute paid content
• share account access

18. Suspension & Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary including:

• non-payment
• abusive conduct
• harassment
• unsafe participation
• dishonesty during onboarding
• refusal to follow safety instructions
• chargeback abuse
• illegal conduct
• repeated policy breaches

Reasonable efforts may be made to resolve issues before termination.

The following provisions survive termination:

• payment obligations
• intellectual property
• privacy obligations
• dispute provisions
• liability provisions

19. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to first contact the Business and attempt reasonable resolution before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Electronic records, onboarding records and acceptance records may be relied upon where legally permitted.

Nothing limits mandatory legal rights.

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be liable for:

• outcomes not guaranteed by participation
• interruptions caused by third-party systems
• independently delivered professional services
• losses arising from inaccurate client disclosures
• indirect or consequential losses where legally excludable

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

21. Force Majeure

Services may be delayed, modified or suspended due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

• illness
• emergencies
• facility closures
• platform outages
• travel disruption
• government restrictions

Such events do not automatically create refund entitlement.

22. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

• Privacy Policy
• GDPR requirements
• applicable Greek data protection law

23. International Services

Services may be offered internationally.

Mandatory consumer protections under applicable local law remain unaffected.

24. Governing Language

Where translated, the English version governs unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
