3. Professional Scope & Healthcare Relationship
Services provided by Steff The Coach S&C consist of coaching, strength and conditioning (S&C), exercise programming, performance support, physical preparation, educational fitness services and related operational support.
Services may include exercise-based approaches intended to support physical function, rehabilitation-related goals, return-to-training processes, general wellbeing, performance development and long-term physical capacity where appropriate.
However, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, participation does not establish a physician–patient, psychologist–client, physiotherapist–patient, dietitian–client or other regulated healthcare relationship.
Services are not intended to provide independent medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, emergency healthcare or replacement of professional healthcare advice.
Where clients work with external healthcare or regulated professionals, those services remain independently delivered under the professional’s own responsibility, licensing obligations, privacy framework and record-keeping requirements.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate healthcare support and medical clearance where necessary for participation.
4. Eligibility
Clients must:
• be legally capable of entering agreements
• provide accurate information
• comply with onboarding requirements
• participate responsibly
Clients under 18 years old may only participate with parent or legal guardian consent where required by applicable law.
5. Health Responsibility & Participation
Clients are responsible for:
• completing onboarding honestly and accurately
• disclosing relevant injuries and limitations
• informing the Business of material changes affecting participation
• obtaining appropriate healthcare clearance where appropriate
The Business may rely upon information voluntarily provided by clients.
Participation in exercise and physical training carries inherent risk.
Participation remains voluntary and at the client’s own responsibility.
Services may be delayed, modified, restricted, suspended or discontinued where participation presents reasonable operational, professional or safety concerns.
6. Consultations
Consultations may include:
• general consultation (approximately 15 minutes)
• consultation with custom programming (approximately 30 minutes)
Complimentary consultations may be rescheduled once where reasonable notice is provided.
Repeated missed appointments, repeated short-notice cancellations or scheduling abuse may result in refusal of future complimentary consultations.
7. Session Scheduling, Attendance & Cancellations
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions.
Where clients arrive significantly late, sessions may be shortened at coach discretion.
Short-notice cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.
Reasonable discretion may be exercised in emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
For in-person services clients remain responsible for:

Payments may include:
• full payment
• deposits
• instalment arrangements

Payments are processed through approved payment providers.
Programme delivery, onboarding and support access may remain conditional upon payment fulfilment.
Failure to complete payment obligations may result in:

• restricted platform access
• cancellation of ongoing support
10. EU Withdrawal Rights & Service Commencement
